QUESTION 1: Lift = British ... Elevator = American QUESTION 2: I would say Let's get in. Enter is not wrong, but it is a bit formal for that scenario QUESTION 3: For me, either.

Numbers two and three are unnecessary. We all know what to do when the elevator arrives. Was this a test question? Very odd if it was.
