I agree with Doctor Rod's comments. I would add that "blatantly" is most commonly used when someone is doing a bad thing without trying to hide it. Example: "He was blatantly cheating on the test." Or, "the football player blatantly fouled his opponent." "Utterly" means to an extreme degree, but it would not be commonly used with "anxious." But it is common to hear "I'm utterly exhausted" or "The meeting was utterly worthless."

B. pretty. A. "Totally," would also fit. It just depends on how anxious the author of the sentence was.

All of them are correct, it just depends on what you're trying to say. Here's what each of them mean in this context: totally- anxious to a complete (or total) degree; may also mean "definitely" pretty- anxious to a considerable degree utterly- very very anxious blatantly- one can easily tell that the speaker is anxious either the speaker is very anxious or simply because the speaker cannot hide the fact that they are
