Ses vi i morgen? This is from the verb "at se" but why does it become "ses"? Shouldn't it be "ser vi i morgen?" thanks!

Vi ses! We'll see each other. (Vi ser! We'll see!) Similar phrases/clauses: De mødes på gaden. They meet (each other) in the street. De slås. They are fighting (litt.: they hit each other) De kyssedes. (old form) They kissed each other. (De kyssede hinanden)

Hi Chris In danish 'at ses' is used similar to 'see each other' in english. If you put it as 'ser vi i morgen' it would suggest that you are talking about litterally seeing something, ie. 'are we watching birds tomorrow?'. Does this making things clearer?

Yes! But what tense is "ses"? is the "s" a suffix that we add on that means "each other"?

You ask: Shouldn't it be "ser vi i morgen?" Ses vi i morgen? = Ser vi hinanden i morgen?
