Hello Ramin! Instead of the options you provided here are some better ones 1. I practice a lot every day (this explains that you simply practice in large amounts on a constant and regular daily basis) 2. I have have had a lot of practice so far (this shows that you have been practicing for quite some time) Hope that helped :)
