Firstly, we don't usually use "beautiful" to describe men- we use the word handsome. Adjective order in English follows very specific rules, with adjectives that describe certain attributes coming before or after adjectives that describe other attributes. for example, we put adjectives that give an opinion (nice, horrible, interesting) before descriptive adjectives (blue, old, big) so we say " a horrible old man" or a "nice big smile" I don't put commas between adjectives that describe the same noun, but I'm not sure if it's completely incorrect to do so.
