This one is tough and probably depends on the context.
A few ways to say it:
1) I'm not in a good mood
2) I'm depressed
3) There is a lot on my mind, or There's too much on my mind
4) I'm going insane!
5) This is driving me crazy!
Really, this is one with no literal translation and it depends on the situation.
