The first would be used in very few contexts, such as in a competition that one has not prepared for, they could say "I've never trained for this (or anything like this).
The second is more likely and could be used in any case where the speaker feels unprepared for a task. This would normally be in the context of a job or taking on a responsibility that the speaker does not know how to do, and needs someone to train them.
