I think Mr Ram's daughter is the same as the daughter of Mr Ram's.
What about the daughter of Mr Ram?

"Mr. Ram's daughter" equals "Daughter of Mr. Ram"
If you say "Daughter of Mr. Ram's" then it is meant that you're going to say something else like "Daughter of Mr. Ram's son".
