what does 돼다 mean ? i've see it being used with feelings sometimes but on it's own in other times.

I hate to disappoint, but it doesn't really mean anything in particular. It has the "loose" meaning, "it becomes", but normally there has to be some topic that is being discussed.

As a feeling "돼다?" This is originally 되다, as an adjective (Korean state verb) unlike the normal verb 되다. And that adj. 되다 means 힘들다. Uncommonly used expression.
