質問：男の人は、どうしてあやまっていますか。
遅れた理由を話しています。
私が分からないことは「荷物が届くしで」この場合はどういう意味ですか。どんな場面ですか。

From my understanding he is saying he got a call, but what about the luggage? is it the content of the call? or maybe someone rang the intercom and he had a package delivered ...

「し」 is a conjunction to indicate "and"  in an emphatic way.
「電話がかかってくるし、荷物が届くしで・・・」 would be "Not only I got a call, but I also got a package deliverded..."
You could omit 「で」 particle and the meaning is about the same.
But in this context you can imagine the omitted sentence like 「電話がかかってくるし、荷物が届くしで（遅くなった）」

「も」 particle is often used with 「し」
「お金もないし、時間もない（し）」 
You can omit the latter 「し」
「雨は降るし、風も吹くしで、ひどい天気だ」
You can use 「は」 to mark the subject.
