Is it correct?
"Go straight along the street. Then on the corner turn right. Go along Queen Victoria Street. Then you'll see the building of London School. Go to straight ahead along the street. Having reached Flack Friars Bridge turn right. Go straigt on up to London School"

This sounds very bad but would probably be understood. I would say:
"Go straight ahead along the street, then turn right at the corner. Go along Queen Victoria Street, until you see London School. Go straight ahead, then on the corner of Black Friars Bridge and Queen Victoria Street turn right. Go straight ahead to London School.

Directions are the one time we need to listen and take notes. One right turn which should be left will take us to, well lost. gps makes the job so much easier.
