Present/Past Perfect - Have or Had?
1)''I have done my homework today!''
2) ''I had done my homework before my mom got home!'' (is this correct? Do I always have to use ''past perfect'' followed by ''past simple''?)
Give me some more examples please! (I just can't get it! )
Thanks in advance.

yes, these are correct. I don't think you have to use past perfect before simple past; it just depends on other factors in the sentence. I don't think you have to even have a simple past in the sentence as long as the context is appropriate (comparing two events in chronological order in the past)
