Could you help me? Hi, there Would you use neither or either in these sentences: "Nobody, neither/either in Montenegro, nor/or in Serbia, is prepared to invest in this new federation." "I did not know how to become anything: neither/either spiteful nor/or kind." Thank you

You can use both, but double negatives should be avoided. So if you use 'either' then 'nor' follows nicely, if you use 'neither' then 'or' should follow.

just for your information .either .or. means positive ,both are okay ;neither .nor ..means negative, both of them are not right or suitable .
