How to improve my pronunciation in American accent?
I don't know how to speak faster. I know that I have to link between Consonants and Vowels to speak more fluent, but I don't know where I should link or not.
For example: "I guess We will have to sleep outside the door, or in a dirt room". So should I link "or in" ="orin" ???

Yes, you should link every word in that sentence (except maybe at the comma). This is true in both American and UK (Australia, etc.) accents. You may also hear people drop the H in “have,” since it’s just an auxiliary verb here. Always listen to what native speakers say; do not listen to what they say they say.
Also, the neutral vowel (schwa) would normally be used in some or all of the unaccented functional words:
will (or use the contraction “I’ll”)
to

I recommend listening to Voice of America’s Learning English program. Although they speak a little more slowly than usual, they manage to maintain a fairly natural pronunciation:

They also have a regular English program, for when you’re feeling more comfortable with your listening skills.
If that is unavailable in your locations, I’m told that there’s a site in China that redistributes most of the programing for the benefit of English learners:

By the way, what is a "dirt room?"

I would have to hear you speaking, but to me, that seems like it would sound unnatural.
