They come at the end because of an inversion or elision of the main clause, but the meaning is about the same. - 내가 도와줄게, 능력은 많지 않지만 (말이다) = 내가 능력은 많지 않지만 도와줄게. => I'll help you, although what's in my power is limited. -겠냐만 is special in that it puts an idea in the question form using the -겠 ending which represent a future possibility. It throws a possible situation for your consideration while at the same time stating the speaker doesn't believe it will really happen, in a kind of a rhetorical device. - 동업자를 조심해라, 뭐 나쁜 일이야 있겠냐만. => Be wary of your partner, although something bad is unlikely. - 불경기에 대비햐야 한다. 지금보다 더 나빠지기야 하겠냐만. => We should be prepared for a downturn.
