Hahahahaha, fantastic. The White Stripes are such a good band... I remember watching the Goodies on television when I was young and the ecky thump sketch was one of my favourites, I'd almost forgotten it. Thank you so much for posting this question it's really lightened-up my evening.
English has many dialects throughout the United Kingdom and "ecky thump" originally comes from Lancashire in the north west of England.
Warning... don't try and use it ever! You'll just sound uncool unless you can do the whole dialect-thing along with 'Ee bah gum' and 'Eh up lass'
Have fun

The name of the track comes from the Northern England exclamation "Ecky Thump," roughly meaning "what the heck?" The title was then changed to "Icky" so that "teenagers would understand it better back in America," in the same way Led Zeppelin took out the "a" so Americans wouldn't call them 'Lead Zeppelin' (pronounced 'leed')."[4] The phrase was popularized in an episode of The Goodies. according to the oxford dict:
icky (adj) unpleasant (used especially about sth that is wet and sticky)
thump: (Noun) an act of hitting sb/sth hard or the sound of sth heavy hitting the ground or another object
