in this US tv, why does he hate her father buying a car?
Hi you guys, I'm watching US. tv Friends. and in the scene below, i don't understand:1. why the fact that Rachel's father wants to buy her a car bothers Ross(Ross likes her).2. what is "extended disco version with three choruses. I know every word, but I don't know them together. here are scripts:

disco is a kind of music right? why would Rachel's father talk to her in a disco version?
chorus is when you sing together, who did rachel's father criticize her with? three choruses refers to what?
