Difference between এমন and এরকম
Hello!
I have come across এমন and এরকম, both meaning "like that" or "in such a way." Is there any difference between them?

Ex.
কিছু না জেনে এমন কথা বলবে না।
Can we use এরকম and say কিছু না জেনে এরকম কথা বলবা না?

আমি এরকম মনে করি না।
Can we use এমন and say আমি এমন মনে করি না?
