'trip me up' can either be to confuse, or temporarily stop someone doing something , or it can also be literal, where someone or something makes me fall by catching my feet. I have never heard of 'trip me down'. 'trip me out' usually means to put me in a state of hallucination, such as with drugs, or a surreal experience. It can also be to catch someone in a lie or deception. The first is quite common, the second is either very uncommon, or a local expression in some dialects. The third is less common.
