The word "即使" means"even if". “虽然” means "although". Yes, there a similar structure for "即使". It's "即使...也........“ 即使不会受到法律制裁，我也不想伤害别人 Even if I don't get punished, I don't want to hurt anyone. 即使你成功了，也不能骄傲 Even if you succeed, you can't be arrogant.
