All three are correct, Jay.
"I've got dust all over me" is British English.
"I have dust all over me" is American English (but can also be used in British English).
'I've got' is used more often in British English than 'I have.
'I've got' isn't really used in American English.
Examples:
"I've got a headache" (British Engl)
"I have a headache" (American Engl, but also used in the UK)
Sorry....Pelin, not Jay.

Also, while "I've got dust all over me" is correct, we might be more likely to say "I'm covered in dust".

The second one is more appropriate. However, the first one can also be used.
