I am not sure what your native language is, but I will guess at Hindi? A quick Google search says that jutha means 'defiled'. So given your question, I assume you mean that you want to warn someone not to drink from a glass that someone else has already taken a drink from, or eat food that has already been partially eaten by another person? We don't have a single convenient word for that - if you said, 'that glass is defiled', it would sound very odd to an English speaker. Perhaps I would say "someone has already drunk from that", or 'that glass isn't clean'. As for food perhaps - 'don't touch that, someone has already taken a bite.' I hope that helps.
