Which one is right? "I turned to be a cow" or "I'm turning to be a cow"
I uploaded one picture that I am eat some herbs. And I wrote "I turned to be a cow."
However one of my Australian friends corrected my comment like "I'm turning to be a cow" and he said
if it was "I've turned to be a cow.", it is right grammatically. but we felt a little bit awkward.
Is he right? Anyone can explain me why?

He wrote "I've turned into a cow" and "I'm turning into a cow", it's my mistake.
I'm wondering the past tense is not available? like "I turned into a cow."

Both of the sentences are grammatically incorrect, at least in standard British English (maybe there are differences in Australia).
It is correct to say "I'm turning into a cow". The structure is "to be + turning into + noun". = becoming something new
If we use "turning" without the preposition (into), we can only follow by an adjective. E.g. He's turning red, he needs to wear more sun cream.

Neither. I would say "I'm turning into a cow". I can't explain why.
