2 is wrong. 1 is OK, but we would only use it in a certain specific way. These would be more common ways to say it: How much is this bag? --50 bucks.// it costs 50 bucks. How much are these bags? --50 dollars per bag.// They're 50 dollars per bag// each bag costs 50 dollars// they each cost 50 dollars// each one costs 50 dollars// each of them costs 50 dollars If they are asking about a single bag, we won't say "per" anything, because we know that they just want one bag, and the price for that bag is 50 dollars. We would usually only say "per" if they asked about "bags", and we didn't know how many bags they wanted. So, the total price might be 100, or 150, or 250, or 1000. The price will depend on how many bags they choose to buy. So, when would we say "per each"? Usually, we only use it when we are buying fruit and vegetables. Some fruit is sold "per pound", so that 12 small apples would cost the same as 8 large apples. Other fruit is sold "per each", so each avocado costs 89 cents, no matter whether it is large or small. So, "per each" means "not per pound". But expensive bags are never sold by the pound, and so we usually wouldn't say "per each".
