Sentence ambiguities
"Schizophrenia is a mental illness characterized by relapsing episodes of psychosis.[5] Major symptoms include hallucinations (often hearing voices), delusions (having beliefs not shared by others)"
For me, (having beliefs not shared by others) has multiple expression or just one that i can't figure out as I'm having a f*** disorder called OCD, It has already made several bizarre meanings i can't share cuz it to be too silly to share
Possible meaning for me: The beliefs the delusioned persons has is not shared or they usually don't share to/with others
2nd possible meaning: the delusioned persons have beliefs that everyone has same thoughts but no one shares
Would you like to help explaining correct meanings?

I will start by saying that this is not a good definition of 'delusions' . However the writer is defining them as beliefs that only one person has, nobody else shares the same belief. As I said, this is an inaccurate definition, a delusion is a belief that is not culturally understandable, that is held with a high degree of intensity, is normally demonstrably false and there are a few other criteria
