Either one is used In English by different speakers and writers.
They both mean the same.
Linguists and grammarians may debate the difference but for daily conversation and communication it makes no differences.

They are the same, they are just different styles.
I would say "such topics as" sounds fancier, maybe there is no reason for this but usually whenever I hear "such" before a noun, the speaker has high English skills (IE grand/middle style or literature like English)
"such primitiveness"
"such people do not belong here"
"such anger"
If it is higher it is not so much, its well understood. Similar in comparison to "I am good" vs "I am well" - same meaning.. different styles

I would personally use the first one. However, either one is acceptable and your meaning would be understood.
