They might have slight nuances in the meanings and sometimes completely different meanings in terms of context. If it's a about telephone conversation situation "beni ara", "call me". If you say "annem beni mutfaktan aradı". that -dan aramak would mean your mother called you from the kitchen on the phone. çağırmak means "calling" again but not via telephone rather through voice for example "Annem beni mutfaktan çağırdı" -dan çağırmak in this context means my mother called me from the kitchen (not via phone but voice). Seslenmek can be synonmously used with çağırmak like in the sense of calling out "annem mutfaktan bana seslendi". Your mother called out to you. It sounds a bit posh, though. It is also means to address at someone in a public speech like the "cumhurbaşkanı halka seslendi". The president addressed to the public. It depends on the context. Also, davet etmek means to invite.
