[If it is evening and you consider "today" finished, use the simple past "I found."] [If it is afternoon, use the present perfect "I have found." ] [Americans tend to use the simple past for both situations. Murphy appendix 7.] The recipe is originated from Sweden. I've never heard about this recipe before.
