How to guess eccentric people on Internet :]]
It's my opinion . Taking a glance would be better .
All you have to do for this title is the following people .
1. people filled with female friends
(they want sexual relationship not pursuit of language )
2. people who choose miracle picture
retouched by Photoshop. (this kind of people tends to
be willing to get slave teacher though it's not all )
3. people who often uses their native language here
on italki without hesitation .This applies to a specific people from specific coutry as you might know. International survey in hotel etiquette sometimes serves as a good
precedent, I think.
4. people who has many friends you can't memorize and
keep in touch (This kind of people are likely to underestimate
friendship on Internet. though they might follow this
proverb "He that shoots oft at last shall hit the mark")
If you can guess such people in advance and
deny request from eccentric people , you will be
able to avoid hurting eccentric people.
It's good for me, I think :]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]

Well what people consider as eccentric is subjective and many people can be eccentric in good way aka have some interesting new viewpoints into things. Well those eccentric people I don't want to have anything to do with I call them either idiots or creeps...
1. Perverts
- their profiles have some clearly sexually suggestive stuff (pictures, text, link, videos)
- they start to ask sexual guestions
2. Marriagetards (I SEEK SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP FOR MARRIAGE!-people)
- Quite self-evident. They start to babble shit about marriage right from the first moment. They're either scammers or seriously mentally stuck in the middle ages and think that they can buy wife from slave market.
3. People who are too religious or nationalistic for their own good...
- their profile is full of religious or nationalistic stuff. Religious symbols, flags, text etc. I don't get along with that kind of people so I don't even wanna try anymore. Often they're really narrow-minded and their attitudes border xenophobia.
4. Clone zombies
- their profile shows that they clearly aren't the sharpest tool in the shed...more like ones that have rusted for millennia
- their profile has incomprehensive short rants
- they have zero personality of their own and the profile clearly shows that...
- they claim to be simple... (is little bit of own personality and imagitiveness too much to ask?)
5. Language asshats
- people who expect that rest of the world magically speaks their language (and the language isn't English)
- people who use words from three languages in one sentence but fail to write even one of them comprehensively
6. 30-40-year-old men who use pictures of overly cute babies, fluffy toys and hearts as their profile pictures...often those pictures are animations and have glitter graphics... After you have seen like over 100 hundreds of that kind profiles with same pictures...it's just creepy. Often they also belong the pervert, marriagetard or clone zombie category...

"Eccentric" means unusual or unconventional so it could have both positive and negative connotations.
As for the negative aspect, I totally agree with Zaina. She very well demonstrated the different categories of internet weirdos !

well,sometimes eccentric people are tend to stand out,they are not that bad,and ususally they have some different thought for the world.
