"Frustration" is a word used to express feeling angry about something, usually an action that is repeated but is failed to be accomplished.
For example: a person playing basketball might feel frustrated if after five tries, he still cannot shoot the ball into the basket.
"Disappointment" is used to describe feeling sad when one 's expectations has been let down or something didn't go as planned.
For example: Someone has planned to go to the library today, but it suddenly started to rain. She doesn't have an umbrella so now she cannot go outside. She might feel disappointed because she planned to go to the library, but it didn't go as planned.
I hope now you have a better understand between the two words :)

"Disappointment" is a type of sadness, "frustration" is a type of anger. As Jura said, disappointment occurs when something happens that was not wanted, and you feel upset. Frustration occurs when something doesn't work the way you want but you react with getting irritated and angry; it often happens when you do something repeatedly and it doesn't work, like you keep cooking eggs and they always burn, so you get frustrated.

"Disappointment" is a word used to describe the state someone is when their hopes are not realized.
Example: He was disappointed that he had failed his exam.
If you are disappointed, it generally leads to frustration, because you feel that you are unable to change the situation you are in..
Example: He felt frustrated that he did not get into university because he had failed his entrance exam.
