Get this: "So I'm going to let you enter the program like people traditionally have so you're able to start the process." :) "I'm going to" sometimes gets mashed into "I'm gonna", or worse "I'monna" or even "I'mma" in spoken English. Please don't copy this habit, it often sounds awful. "My" makes no grammatical sense, but "like" does. "Able" is an adjective, so you do need "are" there so it makes sense.
