Honestly, it's far better to cut it into two or three clear sentences. The main mistake is trying to run it all together as one sentence, which makes you sound confused.

Who is waiting? It would help if we knew who was saying this. The garage workers? The boss?

You could possible say: I am waiting for the serviced car to be ready. I should have information about the car by Tuesday the 14th and I will send it to you.

You can say." I am waiting for the car to be serviced. It should have been ready by now. I will probably send you the details by Tuesday 14th of March."
