I am waiting for the car will be ready by service now and will have probably send info to you by 14 tuesday.
I am waiting for the car to be ready from being serviced. I'll probably be able to let you know by Tuesday 14th.

Honestly, it's far better to cut it into two or three clear sentences. The main mistake is trying to run it all together as one sentence, which makes you sound confused.

You could possible say:
I am waiting for the serviced car to be ready. I should have information about the car by Tuesday the 14th and I will send it to you.
