Where can I find small pictures to illustrate common texts?
Simple pictures life, sofas, chair, roses in black and white and small size.

I find that when using images you must be careful of copyright issues :(
A good site to use is this http://www.allfreeclipart.com/
They have many drawn images of everyday objects that are royalty free.
Another good resource is Microsoft Office clipart.
