RUN BY: I have some ideas I'd like to run you by.
WHIP UP: The group have been very active on social
media in order to whip up excitement for their concert next week. I whipped up (or whipped off to emphasize that you did it quickly)
some sandwhiches in a hurry because I was late to work.
SPONGE OFF: My brother's been sponging food off of me since he lost his job. JACK UP: Oil prices have been jacked up tremendously. This song gets me all jacked up when I'm working out.
