What difference between the "I will get something to drink" or "I will grab something to drink"? Are both sentences the same meaning?

They both have the same meaning however the first is more formal and the second is more casual. Both are still correct.

Yes both sentences have the same meaning :) Personally, I would use "grab" to sound more casual, especially when speaking with friends. I feels it also adds abit of colour, happiness to the sentence!

They both have the same meaning, but the second sentence has a more visual image in my mind. When I think of "grab," I think of picking up something very quickly. In my mind's eye, I can see the hand extend out, pick up the object, and quickly bring it back to yourself. In a casual setting though, they both mean the same thing.
