I usually start my part-time job at 6:00 a.m., but today I had to go to work later than usual.
That's why I woke up at a later time than usual.
Whenever I work part-time, I always feel sleepy in the morning, but today I didn't feel sleepy at all.
I do club activities at night and eat dinner after I get home, so I sleep late, sometimes for five hours and sometimes not for five hours.
Sometimes I can't sleep for five hours, but today I was able to sleep for seven hours.
I felt again that sleep is very important.
There are many times when I can only sleep for five hours, but I think I can get faster if I spend less time on my smartphone at night.
I would like to reduce the amount of time I spend on my smartphone because sleep is more important than anything else.
When I touch my smartphone, I lose my attention span.
I forgot to turn off the tap after washing the bath yesterday.
I forgot to close the tap after washing the bathtub yesterday, and it was because I touched my phone right after.
It makes me lose my attention span.
I want to rethink the way I use my smart phone for the future.
