I hope you are doing well.
Sorry for bothering you again! Do you if there is another way to reach out Naomi besides Messenger? My VPN was not working today so I couldn’t attend the meeting. as I told you that my Messenger was not working last week, I’ve already sent emails to David and Anna to apologize, but I couldn’t find Naomi‘s email.
Thank you very much and have a nice weekend.

Subject: Alternative Way to Contact Naomi
Hi [Recipient’s Name],
I hope you’re doing well. Sorry to bother you again! Do you know if there is another way to reach Naomi besides Messenger? My VPN wasn’t working today, so I couldn’t attend the meeting.
As I mentioned last week, my Messenger was also not working. I’ve already sent emails to David and Anna to apologize, but I couldn’t find Naomi’s email.
Thank you very much, and have a great weekend!
Best,
[Your Name]
1. “Do you if there is” → “Do you know if there is”: Fixed missing word.
2. “My VPN was not working today so I couldn’t attend the meeting.” → “My VPN wasn’t working today, so I couldn’t attend the meeting.”:
• “Was not” → “Wasn’t” (more natural).
• Added a comma before “so” for clarity.
3. “as I told you that my Messenger was not working last week” → “As I mentioned last week, my Messenger was also not working.”:
• “as I told you that” is awkward; “As I mentioned” is smoother.
• Added “also” for clarity.
4. “I’ve already sent emails to David and Anna to apologize, but I couldn’t find Naomi‘s email.”:
• No major grammar issues, but slight rewording could improve flow.
5. “Thank you very much and have a nice weekend.” → “Thank you very much, and have a great weekend!”:
• Added a comma.
• “Nice weekend” → “Great weekend” (more natural).
If you want to refine your writing and sound even more natural in English, I’d be happy to help! Book a conversation lesson with me to practice.
