聯絡：
1) [make contact;come into contact with;get in touch with]∶拉關係，打交道
你們都好幾年沒聯繫了，要注意聯絡一下感情啊。
(2) [link]∶連接
由於風浪很大，他們將船聯絡在一起。
聯繫：
1) [connection;contact;touch; relation]∶互相之間取得聯通關係
那個人和你聯繫了嗎？
(2) [integrate;relate;link; get in tonch with]∶結合起來
你能聯繫實際情況說說你新年的打算嗎？

Almost the same. Maybe 聯繫is used more commonly in the mainland China and 聯絡is more common in Taiwan area.
