2022/10/31 Good afternoon everyone. Have you ever made a big mistake in your life? Well, I have. Today, I would like to tell you about a bad experience that taught me an important lesson. I gained 5 kg last winter. There are two causes. One is because my eating habits have collapsed. After my part-time job, I ate a lot of rice and sweets at night. The two stayed at home the whole time and did not move my bodies. I didn't get tired so I couldn't sleep well at night. I went back to my parent's house for summer vacation. So I ate well-balanced meal and went to bed at 10 p.m. at night. I played badminton one in another week and went to the sauna. As a result, I was able to lose 5kg in 2 months. I learned that a balanced diet, good sleep, and moderate exercise are good for the body. Thank-you for reading!
