Another busy week has passed. Something that no one had expected happened this week. A teacher quit his job suddenly after he argued with another teacher. Not only that, but he told his students that he was forced to leave by the other teacher, which created a series of chaos among the students. Some students even showed aggressive attitudes toward the other teacher. I had never imagined encountering something so dramatic working as a teacher. Even though my job often exhausts me and sometimes I can’t help but consider quitting my job, I think the way this teacher did it is irresponsible and even childish. Again I realized that however tough the situation is, adults have to deal with problems calmly and tenaciously. Running away from the problem can never lead us to the solution.

Another busy week has passed. Something unexpected happened this week. A teacher quit his job suddenly following an argument with another teacher. What's more, he told his students that he was being forced to leave by the other teacher, and this created chaos among the students. Some students even became hostile toward the other teacher. Never had I imagined I might encounter something so dramatic as a teacher. Even though my job often wears me down to thoughts of quitting, I think this particular teacher handled himself in an irresponsible, even childish, way. It reenforced my conviction that however tough a situation may be, an adult must face problems calmly and tenaciously. To run away and hide never solves a thing.
Good work, Claudia. The only thing I would call an error is "a series of chaos". It makes no sense. You could say "a series of chaotic events".
I used "following" as a preposition, not a noun, adjective, or adverb as present participles are normally used. In this case, "following" means the same as "after".
