After trying different tutors, I’ve come to really appreciate Taewon’s structured and analytical approach. His lessons focus on the logic and depth of Korean, which is exactly what intermediate and advanced learners need. After 3 years and more than 80 lessons, I can say he offers insights that are hard to find elsewhere. If you’re looking for more than just casual conversation, this is a great place to learn.

Another good lesson. He gives me homework to write about different topics in Korean, we then go through the written homework where i have to read and explain. Sometime he asks additional questions to test my speaking skills. I really feel as if I am improving my written and spoken Korean.

I really enjoy my lessons. Today we mainly practiced conversation. I had trouble recalling much of my vocabulary but my teacher was patient and kind, using gentle prompts to encourage me to talk. He is a good teacher and i will try harder.
