Every meeting with Maris goes well. He is a solid tutor who adapts to my questions or the topics I want to discuss while also always keeping us on track. His explanations are clear and he does a great job at tying things back to how conversations are handled in real life in Thailand, not just the “textbook” information. Excellent teacher. Maris is an experienced teacher and gave me some great guidance on how to produce the Thai tones. Our Survival Thai lesson today was mostly about time-telling - pretty comples but he explained things clearly and I feel like I got it!
