I had some hesitations to start learning French but during the intro lesson I felt more motivated and less scared since Charlene has experience teaching beginners. Through the intro questions I feel like she listened and will be able to teach me well! Looking forward to starting lessons ☺️

J’ai été très déçu par cette expérience. L’enseignante ne semblait pas vouloir s’impliquer pendant le cours. Elle n’a pris le temps ni de guider ni d’expliquer les points importants. De plus, elle s’est permise de dénigrer mon niveau de français, ce qui était non seulement inutile mais aussi décourageant. Je ne recommande pas cette enseignante.

Charlene is very friendly and patient. She speaks French at your level, and is willing to repeat what she is saying so you can understand it more completely. She is fluent in French and English, she is punctual, and she will help you learn English or French!
