私はイングランド北部出身ですが、イタリアには20年以上住んでいます。現在はローマの北、小さな中世の町に住んでいます。以前は日本で6年間、その前はフランスで2年間働いていました。アペニン山脈を自転車で何キロも走ったり、水泳でリフレッシュしたり、800ccのドゥカティでヨーロッパをバイクで走ったりと、とてもアクティブな人間です。私はのんびり屋で、陽気で、フレンドリーで、ほとんどの人と仲良くなれると思います。
歴史、文学、映画、ワールドミュージック、時事問題、政治など、人生と私たちの世界について好奇心が旺盛で、それらすべてに強い意見を持っている！家にいるときも、電車に乗っているときも、私の頭の中はいつも本の中、音楽を聴いているとき、映画を見ているときです。元の言語で表示する

フランス、スペイン、日本、イタリアで30年以上外国語として英語を教えてきました。TEFLと、日本で働いていた時に取得したDELTAの資格を持っています。italki以外では、個人的に教えているほか、イタリアの高校（リセオ）の語学科でも教えています。私の専門は、IELTS、CAE、FCEなどの国際資格取得のための個人指導です。特に、ライティングテストという恐ろしいハードルを生徒さんに乗り越えてもらうのが大好きです！また、観光、映画、小売業で働いた経験もあり、旅行や友好のための一般英語も教えています。 レッスン形式・教え方
I have been teaching on italki now for over 3 years now and find it an efficient, relaxing and fun way of teaching. My lessons are always conducted in English (although if I know the students own language, I can help out when necessary). I have a wide variety of materials collected over many years, such as videos and audio material, interesting (?) grammar exercises, etc but am happy to use the student's own material, if they wish. I have an open, friendly and conversational style of teaching and always aim to get my students talking and interacting with me from the very beginning. For me the student is the protagonist, not me.教材

I’ve been taking lessons with Sally for 2 months, and I really enjoyed every class. She is very active, cheerful, brave, and such an interesting person.
