Hello, my name is Cẩm Thu, I have a bachelor's degree in English Linguistics. Teaching Vietnamese is my career, and I'm following my Master's degree in Linguistics.
I worked for a Vietnamese Language Center in Hồ Chí Minh City and I have a southern accent. I love traveling, learning languages, talking with people, discussing culture, and helping people with their Vietnamese.翻訳を表示する

I would call myself as a flexible, friendly, organized, and passionate teacher. I always feel happy when I’m in class and listening to students speaking Vietnamese.
Being a teacher gives me a chance to keep studying, during my working life I have improved my knowledge of the Vietnamese language and teaching methodology. I am teaching adult students from many countries such as Korea, the USA, Australia, Taiwan, Colombia, America, France, etc.レッスンおよびティーチングスタイル
I don’t like to stick to one book like in traditional schools. I will design my lesson depending on the student's needs. I think it will be more interesting and useful for students.
I always customize my teaching to my student’s needs, if you just need someone to practice, I'm ready to be your partner.
In my class, I will always find new methods, and activities to help students to memorize effectively, practice, and improve all their skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
I’d like to focus more on communication skills for adults. I don’t prefer test preparations and children below 18 years old. Thank you!教材

Had a couple lessons with Cẩm Thu now and she is an amazing Vietnamese teacher! She's patient, easy to understand, and never makes learning boring. Her explanations are clear and she always keeps the lessons engaging.

Thu is an excellent teacher! I'm a Vietnamese-American who needed to polish my Viet skills for an upcoming trip to Saigon. Thu was able to come up with a custom lesson plan specific to my needs. Had an awesome first class with Thu! She made me feel really calm and relaxed while we explored Vietnamese culture and the writing system. Everything was explained clearly and I felt at ease asking questions. Looking forward to more lessons. Highly recommend!
