I’ve been studying Italian with Angela for several months now, often meeting up to five times per week, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Our lessons are not rigid or formally structured; instead, they are varied, natural, and wide-ranging—exactly what I need to build real conversational confidence. Angela has a remarkable ability to guide spontaneous conversation while gently correcting my mistakes. She always takes the time to review those points with me afterward to ensure that I truly understand them. Her approach is relaxed but attentive, making every session both enjoyable and productive.

Mario is the tutor you want once you're past survival Italian and ready to push toward an educated register. His vocabulary range is broad, his idioms are natural, and he has a real talent for naming the gaps in your production — patterns you didn't even know you were avoiding. He layers material methodically (a verb family one week, a pronoun system the next), and his examples stick. Warm, patient, and generous with his time. Strongly recommended for intermediate and advanced learners.

Lessons are always enjoyable with Angela. She picks a topic of the day and we have a conversation about it. She is always open and enthusiastic to answer questions or help with any sticking points I'm having. Highly recommended!
