If you are a beginner, the focus is on getting used to the basics. After the beginner phase, the challenge is to keeping on practicing for a smoother experience when using the target language.
How to achieve this will depend on the persons' lifestyle and interest. Upon request, there is a Google Form that I can send asking what you'd like to do during the lesson.

I believe the students should be independent in their language learning so I believe it is the teachers' job to build confidence in the students that they can learn and improve language skills on their own. Having a teacher or a guide is just one way of learning.
