A month ago, I began learning Italian without knowing what to expect. I simply hoped to make a little progress and perhaps pick up a few phrases. To my surprise—and delight—this journey has become something I genuinely look forward to, especially my twice-weekly lessons with Giusy. Giusy creates a safe, supportive learning environment where I never feel judged for making mistakes. Her constant encouragement has been vital. Learning a new language as an adult can feel daunting—like trying to dance in a room full of professionals when you’ve just learned to walk. But Giusy’s patience and positivity have made all the difference. Grazie mille, Giusy, for journeying with me as I discover the beauty of your language.
