Paula Munar

I had an awesome class with Paula! She is very patient and kept the conversation engaging and it flowed very easily. She was prompt to correct some of the mistakes I was making in real time which was very helpful. I would highly recommend taking a class with Paula!

Having taken several classes with Paula, I can confidently say she is an excellent teacher. She is calm, patient and exceedingly friendly, but is not afraid to push to you if she thinks you are capable (or are just being lazy). She provides clear lesson plans each class, uses images and other teaching material (which you have access to) to aid explanations, has you take tests to monitor progress and retention, and assigns homework (typically vocab) that will help for the next lesson. I started started without knowing any Spanish outside of a few words and have been very pleased with progress I have made with her help.

She’s such a pleasure to work with. She has a wonderful gift as a teacher that’s really helped me improve my comprehension. I love her thoughtful topics and her genuine passion for what she does.
