こんにちは！ 日本語教師のRikaです。 I'm a full-time teacher from Yokohama, Japan. I am an experienced and native Japanese teacher.
1999-2006 - I taught in Yokohama.
2007-2021 - I taught in the Bay Area of California.
2021- Currently, I'm teaching in Yokohama online.

My teaching uses materials based on the "Minna no Nihongo," "Marugoto," "Genki," and other textbooks for beginnings. Still, I combine other materials for more practice and to be able to understand what kind of situation to use. Use Drama and Anime for the upper beginners.

I honestly feel like at the end of every lesson I am significantly more enlightened on the ins and outs of the Japanese language and honestly cannot recommend Rika Sensei enough, she has a perfectly balanced teaching style that allows as a student a lot of personal growth.
